This 12 days’ expedition will take you to the source of the Nile River at Jinja in Uganda and to Murchison Falls as well as to Queen Elizabeth National Parks for big game drives and bird watching. Furthermore, the guests will be treated to mountain gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, and all these activities will take place in the space of 12 memorable days, in Uganda.

Itinerary
Guests arrive at Entebbe international airport and travel to Kampala; they do a city tour in Kampala, which is the capital city of Uganda and spend the night at Hotel Africana. Dinner is served to the guests at Hotel Africana in Kampala.
Set off at 6.am. On the way, do sightseeing of;
a) Uganda Martyr’s shrine at Namugongo; b) Mabira Forest and c) Sezibwa Falls. Lunch is served at Kingfisher Hotel in Jinja, where accommodation for the guests is booked for that night.
In Jinja; 1) Do a boat cruise at the source of the Nile River; 2) Take a lunch break at King Fisher Hotel and proceed to Kampala for the night.
1) Do an evening game drive expecting to see a variety of mammals and bird species; 2) Dinner is served at Bwana Tembo Safari Camp where accommodation for the guests is booked for that night.
Stay at Bwana Tembo Safari Camp in Murchison Falls National Park. 1) Do an early morning game drive and watch different species of birds and mammals until the afternoon. 2) Dinner is served at Bwana Tembo Safari Camp. Spend the night there.
Travel from Murchison Falls National Park to Fort Portal located at the foot of the Rwenzori Mountains. Depending on the arrival time, do an evening visit to Fort Portal Central Market. Stay at Rwenzori Due Guest House for the night.
At 7 am visit Mabeere ga Nyamwiru. Lunch is served at Rwenzori Due Guest House. Visit historical sites in Fort Portal including Nyakasura, the Palace, Vilrika, etc Stay at Rwenzori Due Guest House for another night.
Very early in the morning travel from Fort Portal to Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Kasenyi and Katwe salt lakes. 1) Do the early morning game drive at 6 am with a packed lunch; 2) If time allows, the guests can also visit the crater lakes whereby they can see the location of the rift valley between Lake Edward and Lake George. Stay at Sandton Hotel in Kasese for the night.
At 6 am visit the Karinzu chimpanzee trekking camp. Guests who are still interested can do another game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Spend the night at Sandton Hotel.
At 6 am travel from Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park via Ishasha looking out for tree-climbing lions. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Spend the night at Buhoma Lodge.
Do gorilla trekking beginning at 7 am; afterwards proceed to Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale District and stay at Lake Bunyonyi’s Bird Nest Hotel for the night.

Travel from Lake Bunyonyi to Entebbe. Arrive at the international airport for the departure; END OF TRIP.
